基于“新闻+”教育理念的国际传播人才培养研究

摘　　要：面向“建强适应新时代国际传播需要的专门人才队伍”的新要求,本文通过调研、分析我国主要国际传播人才培养院校的教育教学方法和人才培养路径,提炼、总结了“新闻+”教育理念的应用模式。研究发现,当下高校的国际传播人才培养已经脱离了“新闻+外语”的简单模式,在坚持正确价值导向、立足新闻传播教育的基础上,越发重视以国际政治、国际关系等为主体的通识教育,以外语为基础的跨文化教育,以新技术为代表的跨学科教育,以及面向国际传播主战场的实践创新教育,着力培养掌握跨学科知识、具备复合型能力的国际传播人才。Following the need of a more effective international discourse,this article summarizes the application mode of the“Journalism+”education concept in international communication education through the analysis of the teaching methods and talent cultivating paths of colleges and universities in China.The study found that international communication talent training has adopt-ed a new mode as“Journalism+”instead of the traditional one as“Journalism+foreign lan-guage”.Such new mode includes general education such as international politics,international relations and other related disciplines,cross-cultural education based on foreign languages,in-terdisciplinary education represented by new technologies,and innovative education practice.
