培养高素质国际传播人才的实践逻辑、内涵要求与实现路径

摘　　要：当今世界正值百年未有之大变局,国际局势日益复杂,智能技术深入嵌入信息传播工作,大国舆论博弈的方式、场域、手段等不断出现新变化。在此背景下,培养更多高素质国际传播人才成为亟须解决的时代课题。培养高素质国际传播人才是一个复杂系统工程。首先,要积极回应国际传播实践的最新变化,把新环境、新任务、新要求作为人才培养的出发点。其次,要把构建更有效力的国际传播体系作为人才培养的战略支点,思考新环境下国际传播人才的素质结构、能力显现和知识涵养。再次,要把自主培养作为高素质人才培养的实现路径,扎根中国大地、立足现实需求、突出人才自身、强化科技应用,形成中国特色、世界一流的高素质国际传播人才培养模式。Today’s world is in the midst of great changes,the international situation is intricate and complex,intelligent technology has a profound impact on international communication,and new changes are constantly occurring in the ways,fields and means of playing the game of public opinion in various countries.Under these circumstances,it has become an urgent task to train more high-quality international communication talents.Developing high-quality international communication personnel is very complex.Firstly,we should respond to the latest changes in in-ternational communication activities and take the new environment,new tasks and new require-ments as the starting point for talent training.Secondly,it is necessary to make the international communication system the focus of talent training and to reflect on the quality composition and connotation requirements of international communication talents in the new environment.Finally,it is necessary to grasp the initiative of talent cultivation,rooted in China,based on reality,high-lighting the individual,mastering technology,and exploring a high-quality international communi-cation talent cultivation mode with Chinese characteristics and world-class.
