摘　　要：聚焦钢铁行业高端化、智能化、绿色化、高效化发展的要求,分析了行业人才队伍建设与“四化”要求的差距,构建了与“四化”要求相匹配的产业工人技能培训体系,并以宝武设备点检技术技能培训为例进行了实践探索。Focusing on the requirements for high-end,intelligent,green,and efficient development in the steel industry,this paper examines the gap between the construction of the industry’s talents cultivation and the“four modernizations”requirements.It establishes a skills training system for industrial workers that aligns with these“four modernizations”requirements.Practical explorations are carried out,taking the technical skills training for equipment inspection at Baowu Steel as an illustrative case.
