高职院校“大思政课”教育教学业绩评价模型的构建

摘  要:开展高职院校“大思政课”教育教学业绩评价,是全面推进高职院校“大思政课”建设的重要抓手。立足综合改革、思政课建设、课程思政建设、日常思政教育建设“四维度”,构建包括4个一级指标、12个二级指标、39个三级指标构成的“大思政课”教育教学业绩评价指标体系,采用灰色关联分析构造综合评价模型,并以陕西8所双高校为例对模型进行了实证分析,为高职院校开展“大思政课”教育教学业绩评价积累了经验。Carrying out the educational and teaching performance evaluation of"Great ideological and political courses"is an important means to comprehensively promote the construction of it in higher vocational colleges.Based on the"four dimensions"of comprehensive reform,ideological and political course construction,ideological and political course construction,and daily ideological and political education construction,we have built a"Great ideological and political course"education and teaching performance evaluation index system consisting of 4 first-level indicators,12 second-level indicators,and 39 third-level indicators.A comprehensive evaluation model was constructed using gray correlation analysis,and an empirical analysis was conducted on the model with eight dual universities in Shaanxi as an example,which accumulated experience in vocational colleges carrying out the"Great ideological and political course"educational and teaching performance evaluation.
