摘 要:近年来,高速发展的人工智能技术正在广泛而深刻地改变着中医教育的运行模式,成为赋能中医教育内涵式发展的重要驱动力量。具体而言,人工智能技术能够借助适切算法智能关联中医经典知识,加强教学内容的脉络化与全域性拓展;系统整合历代中医名家的经验智慧,搭建功能丰富的在线学习平台;创设虚拟沉浸式学习场景,增强学生临床学习的真实体验;智能采集与处理中医考试过程信息,提升考试评价的客观化程度。与此同时,人工智能影响下的中医教育也可能面临着学生隐性知识缺失与高阶思维发展迟缓、过度技术崇拜导致人机关系倒转与师生教育主体性的遮蔽,以及算法不完善导致的数据错误与隐私泄露等诸多潜在风险。鉴于此,优化人工智能赋能中医教育的实践进路包括:一是需要着力推动隐性知识的共享与转化,构筑中医知识的网络学习空间;二是形塑和谐的人机交互关系,培育中医教育主体的数智化思维;三是建立人工智能应用的内外部监督机制,提升中医教育系统的数据风险防范能力。In recent years,the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology is widely and profoundly changing the operation mode of traditional Chinese medicine education,and becoming an important driving force enabling the conformal development of traditional Chinese medicine education.Specifically,artificial intelligence technology can intelligently associate traditional Chinese medicine knowledge with the help of appropriate algorithms to strengthen the contextualization and regional expansion of teaching content;Systematically integrate the experience and wisdom of traditional Chinese medicine masters and build an online learning platform with rich functions;Create a virtual immersive learning scene to enhance students’real experience of clinical learning;Intelligent collection and processing of TCM examination process information to improve the objective degree of examination evaluation.Meanwhile,traditional Chinese medicine education under the influence of artificial intelligence may also face many potential risks,such as students’lack of tacit knowledge and retarded development of higher-order thinking,the reversal of human-machine relationship caused by excessive technology worship,the shading of teacher-student education subjectivity,and data errors and privacy disclosure caused by imperfect algorithms.Therefore,optimizing the practice of AI-enabled Chinese medicine education includes:firstly,it is necessary to promote the sharing and transformation of tacit knowledge and build the network learning space of Chinese medicine knowledge;The second is to form a harmonious human-AI interaction relationship and cultivate the mathematical intelligence thinking of TCM education subjects;The third is to establish an internal and external supervision mechanism for the application of artificial intelligence to enhance the data risk prevention ability of the traditional Chinese medicine education system.
