摘 要:以生成式人工智能为代表的新兴技术成为推动教育4.0建设的核心内驱力。2024年4月,世界经济论坛发布《塑造未来学习:人工智能在教育4.0中的作用》报告,指出全球教育体系正处于十字路口,机遇和挑战并存。该报告基于教育4.0框架,描述了未来教育面临的严峻挑战,并通过典型案例分析,揭示了人工智能在推动教育4.0发展中的潜在机遇,进而呼吁社会、学校及相关部门协同努力,推动教育领域的创新与改革。未来,我国应从把握教育4.0与工业4.0的内在联系,构建未来人才培养体系;加快人工智能的迭代更新,以新兴技术塑造未来学校形态;弥合教育数字鸿沟,构建公平、包容的教育环境;提升数据安全素养,完善教育领域的数据管理体系构架等四个方面,加快融入教育4.0,打造未来学校。Emerging technologies represented by generative artificial intelligence have become the core internal driving force for the construction of Education 4.0.In April 2024,the World Economic Forum released the report Shaping the Future of Learning:The Role of AI in Education 4.0,which pointed out that the global education system is at a crossroads,with opportunities and challenges coexisting.Based on the Education 4.0 framework,the report describes the severe challenges facing education in the future,and reveals the potential opportunities of artificial intelligence in promoting the development of Education 4.0 through typical case analysis,and then calls for the concerted efforts of society,schools and relevant departments to promote innovation and reform in the field of education.In the future,China should accelerate the integration of artificial intelligence into Education 4.0 to build future school from the following four aspects:first,grasp the intrinsic connection between Education 4.0 and Industry 4.0 and build a future talent training system;second,accelerate the iterative update of artificial intelligence and shape the future school with emerging technologies;third,bridge the digital divide in education and build a fair and inclusive educational environment;Fourth,improve data security literacy and improve the structure of data management system in the field of education.
