摘  要:目的 探讨基于情景-机制-结果(context-mechanism-outcome patterns, CMO)模式构建直属附属医院临床医生教师职业发展的现实评价体系对促进医学院校教学质量提升的作用。方法 选取2023年1月-2024年9月深圳大学总医院的48名本科教学授课老师为研究对象。2023年1-12月应用临床医师岗位等级指标体系,设为对照组;2024年1-9月应用基于CMO模式构建直属附属医院临床医生教师职业发展的现实评价体系,设为观察组。对比两组老师的综合素质、教学效果及满意度。结果 观察组综合素质、教学效果评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组临床医生教师对评价体系的满意度为95.83%(46/48),高于对照组的83.33%(40/48),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.065,P<0.05)。结论 基于CMO模式构建直属附属医院临床医生教师职业发展的现实评价体系有利于提升医学院校教学质量并优化教学效果。Objective To explore the role of constructing a realistic evaluation system for the professional develop-ment of clinician teachers in directly affiliated hospitals based on context-mechanism-outcome(CMO)patterns in promoting the quality of teaching in medical schools.Methods Forty-eight undergraduate teaching lecturers from the Shenzhen University General Hospital were selected as study subjects from January 2023 to September 2024.The clinician job level index system was applied from January to December 2023,and was set up as the control group;From January to September 2024,realistic evaluation system for the professional development of clinical doctor teachers in directly affiliated hospitals based on the CMO model was applied,set as observation group.Compared the comprehensive quality,teaching effect and satisfaction of teachers in the two groups.Results The comprehensive quality and teaching effect scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The satisfaction of clinician teachers with the evaluation system in the observation group was 95.83%(46/48),higher than 83.33%(40/48)in the control group,and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(χ^(2)=5.065,P<0.05).Conclusion A realistic evaluation system for the professional development of clinician teachers in directly affiliated hospitals based on the CMO model is conducive to improving the quality and optimising the effectiveness of teaching in medical schools.
