三级医院“驾照式”记分管理体系的应用对门诊医生专业技能的影响

摘　　要：目的 分析三级医院“驾照式”记分管理体系的应用对门诊医生专业技能的影响。方法 选取2022年3月-2024年3月中南大学湘雅二医院30名门诊医生为研究对象。2022年3月-2023年2月施行常规管理,2023年3月-2024年3月施行“驾照式”记分管理体系管理。比较“驾照式”记分管理体系应用前后门诊医生的医患沟通能力与临床技能水平。结果 实施后门诊医生医患沟通能力总分(21.42±2.71)分,临床技能总分(87.19±8.82)分,均高于实施前的(18.83±3.19)分、(80.85±6.36)分,差异有统计学意义(t=3.389、3.193,P均<0.05)。结论 “驾照式”记分管理体系用于三级医院门诊医生管理,有助于提高门诊医生的医患沟通技能和临床专业技能。Objective To analyse the impact of the application of"driving licence"points management system on the professional skills of outpatient doctors.Methods Thirty outpatient doctors from the Second Xiangya Hospital of Central South University from March 2022 to March 2024 were selected as study subjects.From March 2022 to February 2023,regular management was implemented,and from March 2023 to March 2024,the"Driving Licence"point system was implemented.Compared the doctor-patient communication and clinical skills of outpatients before and after the application of the"driver's licence"point system.Results The total score of doctor-patient communication skills of outpatients after implementation was 21.42±2.71 and the total score of clinical skills was 87.19±8.82,which were higher than the pre-implementation scores of 18.83±3.19 and 80.85±6.36,and the differences were statistically significant(t=3.389,3.193,both P<0.05).Conclusion The"driver's licence"points management system is used in the management of outpatients in tertiary hospitals,helping to improve outpatients'doctor-patient communication skills and clinical expertise.
