细节优化管理应用在神经外科护理人员中对其工作效能感的影响

摘　　要：目的 分析细节优化管理应用在神经外科护理人员中对其工作效能感的影响。方法 选取2023年1月-2024年1月平邑县人民医院神经外科25名护理人员为研究对象。2023年1-6月实施常规管理为对照组,2023年7月-2024年1月实施细节优化管理为观察组。对比两组护理质量评分、职业倦怠评分、护理不良事件发生情况。结果 观察组护理态度、心理疏导、管理措施、操作水平评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组职业成就感、职业自我评价、职业人际关系、个体躯体化、职业消极怠工评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组出现1起护理不良事件(不良护理操作),对照组出现7起护理不良事件(不良护理操作2起、跌倒1起、医患沟通不良2起、职业暴露1起)。观察组少于对照组。结论 将细节优化管理模式应用于神经外科护理管理中,可提高护理质量,改善护理人员的职业倦怠,降低护理不良事件的发生。Objective To analyze the impact of detail optimization management on the work efficiency of neurosurgical nursing staff.Methods From January 2023 to January 2024,twenty-five nurses in Neurosurgery Department of Pingyi People's Hospital were selected as the research objects.The implementation of routine management from January to June 2023 was the control group,and the implementation of detailed optimization management from July 2023 to January 2024 was the observation group.The nursing quality score,job burnout score and incidence of nursing ad-verse events were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing attitude,psychological counseling,management measures and operation level scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The occupational achievement,occupational self-evaluation,occupational interpersonal relationship,individual somatization and occupational passivism scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was 1 adverse nursing event(adverse nursing operation)in the observation group and 7 in the control group(2 adverse nursing operation,1 fall,2 poor doctor-patient communication,1 occupational exposure).The observation group was less than the control group Conclusion The application of detail optimization management mode in neurosurgery nursing management can improve the quality of nursing,improve the job burnout of nurses,and reduce the occurrence of nursing adverse events.
