摘 要:目的 分析临床教学单元(clinical teaching unit, CTU)形式的教学查房在呼吸内科临床教学中的应用效果。方法 选取2023年6月-2024年6月于大悟县人民医院呼吸内科实习的50名临床实习生作为研究对象。根据临床教学模式的不同分为对照组、研究组,每组25名。对照组应用常规模式教学,研究组应用CTU形式的教学查房开展临床教学。对比两组考核成绩、综合能力及对教学模式的满意度评分。结果 研究组理论知识成绩、专业技能成绩及病例分析成绩均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组临床思维、知识理解、医患沟通、自主学习、学习积极性、学习效率、岗位适应时间、团队合作评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组教学氛围满意度评分为(23.41±0.22)分,知识面拓宽满意度评分为(23.67±0.38)分,临床技能培养满意度评分为(23.60±0.29)分,均高于对照组的(21.62±0.34)分、(20.98±0.46)分、(20.18±0.51)分,差异有统计学意义(t=22.100、22.542、29.147,P均<0.05)。结论 在呼吸内科临床教学中,采用CTU形式的教学查房,有助于提高教学效果,及实习生的综合能力。Objective The application effect of teaching rounds in the form of clinical teaching unit(CTU)in clinical teaching of respiratory medicine was analyzed.Methods Fifty clinical interns in the Department of Respiratory Medicine of Dawu County People's Hospital from June 2023 to June 2024 were selected as the research objects.According to the different clinical teaching modes,they were divided into control group and study group,with twenty-five cases in each group.The control group used the conventional mode of teaching,and the study group used the CTU form of teaching rounds to carry out clinical teaching.The assessment results,comprehensive ability scores and satisfaction scores of the teaching mode were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge,professional skills and medical record analysis in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The scores of clinical thinking,knowledge understanding,doctor-patient communication,autonomous learning,learning enthusiasm,learning efficiency,post adaptation time and team⁃work in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The teaching atmosphere satisfaction score,knowledge broadening satisfaction score and clinical skill training satisfaction score of the study group were 23.41±0.22,23.67±0.38 and 23.60±0.29,which were higher than 21.62±0.34,20.98±0.46 and 20.18±0.51 of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(t=22.100,22.542,29.147,all P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical teaching of respiratory medicine,the use of CTU in the form of teaching rounds is helpful to improve the teaching effect and the comprehensive ability of interns.
