摘　　要：高分子材料与工程教研室坚持“知识、能力、品格”协调发展的应用型创新人才的办学定位,紧密结合中南地区纺织纤维材料领域人才培养的需求,在规章制度、师资队伍建设、专业培养模式、教育教学研究、实践教学等方面进行改革与实践,基层教学组织的活力得到增强,人才培养质量得到全面提升。The Polymer Materials and Engineering Teaching and Research Office adheres to the educational positioning of applicationoriented innovative talents with coordinated development of"knowledge,ability,and character".It closely combines with the needs of talent cultivation in the field of textile fiber materials in the central and southern regions,and carries out reforms and practices in regulations,teacher team construction,professional training mode,education and teaching research,and practical teaching.The vitality of grassroots teaching organizations has been enhanced,and the quality of talent cultivation has been comprehensively improved.
