摘 要:在新形势下,能源企业干部人事管理面临诸多挑战。本文从维护国家能源安全、引领企业转型发展两个维度阐述了能源企业干部人事管理的战略定位,提出了包括构建市场导向的选拔考核机制、完善能力提升与职业发展体系、优化流动配置与梯队储备模式的系统化建设路径,并就推进管理数字化智能化转型、健全监督约束与激励评价机制、强化人事档案信息化建设等创新举措进行了探讨,旨在为能源企业提供坚实的人才支撑,推动企业实现高质量可持续发展。Under the new situation,the management of cadres and personnel in energy enterprises faces many challenges.This paper expounds the strategic positioning of cadres and personnel management in energy enterprises from two dimensions of safeguarding national energy security and leading the transformation and development of enterprises,proposes a systematic construction path including building a market-oriented selection and assessment mechanism,improving the ability improvement and career development system,optimizing the flow allocation and echelon reserve mode,and promotes the digital and intelligent transformation of management,improving supervision and constraints Innovative measures such as incentive evaluation mechanism and strengthening the information construction of personnel files were discussed in order to provide solid talent support for energy enterprises and promote enterprises to achieve high-quality sustainable development.
