摘 要:植物生产类专业面临课程学习任务重、实践教学要求高、实践教学训练周期长等现实问题。湖南农业大学的“六边”综合实习有效地协调了这些矛盾,同时衍生出“六进”实践育人模式:进生产一线强化专业技能训练、进乡村社区深入了解农村现状、进农家庭院融入农家生活、进企业课堂提早对接职业岗位、进创新团队提升科技创新能力、进竞赛舞台提升创新创业能力,并提出了“六进”实践育人模式的实施策略,为提高人才培养的实践能力提供了保障。Plant production major is faced with many practical problems such as heavy learning tasks,higher requirements for practical teaching and long training time.“Six-sides”comprehensive practice in Hunan Agricultural University coordinated these contradictions effectively,and at the same time a“six entering”practical training mode was derived:entering production line for strengthening professional skills training,entering rural communities for understanding rural situation,entering farm yard for integrating rural life,entering enterprise classes for meeting professional posts early,entering innovative teams for enhancing scientific and technological innovation ability,entering competitions for increasing ability of innovation and entrepreneurship,and implementation strategy of“six entering”practice training mode was proposed,which provided guarantee for improvement of increasing practice ability of talents training.
