摘  要:“新工科”建设背景下有机化学的教学面临着新的挑战与要求。以有机化学课程中卤代烃的合成为例,以不饱和键(包括双键和三键)与卤素之间的亲电加成反应为桥梁,采用“科教融合”的教学策略,以高价碘试剂参与的亲电加成反应中鎓正离子形成的机理作为展示,并探讨了其在化学及相关领域中的广泛应用,致力于实现教学与科研的有机结合与相互促进,引导学生运用所学理论知识解决实际科研问题,从而为学生的未来科研创新之路奠定坚实的基础。The teaching of Organic Chemistry is facing new challenges and requirements in the context of the construction of"New Engineering".With the synthesis of halogenated hydrocarbons as an example,takes the electrophilic addition reaction between unsaturated bonds(including double bonds and triple bonds)and halogens as a bridge,adopts the teaching strategy of"integration of science and education",demonstrates the mechanism of the formation of the iodonium in the electrophilic addition reaction involved in the high-valent iodine reagent,and explores its wide application in chemistry and related fields,aiming at realizing the organic integration and mutual promotion of teaching and scientific research,and guide students to apply their theoretical knowledge to solve practical scientific problems.Thus,students are provided with a solid foundation for their future path of research and innovation.
