摘  要:长联大跨桥梁中钢轨伸缩调节器所处地段是线路结构中的薄弱环节,为解决该问题,研究一种悬臂梳子板式伸缩缝梁端承托装置。以长赣高铁湘江特大桥为背景工程,该桥为(96+93+390+93+96)m的斜拉桥,基于梁-轨相互作用理论,采用有限元数值模拟方法,建立主桥及桥上无砟轨道线路系统模型,对悬臂梳子板式伸缩缝强度及连接稳定性进行分析。研究表明,对于缝宽400 mm、齿宽300 mm型悬臂梳子板式伸缩缝,在不同的梁端转角、位移、轮轴工况下,其结构内力及应力水平均较低。在工作状态下,悬臂梳子板式伸缩缝的应力保持在70 MPa以下,最大剪力不超过280 kN。此外,钢轨与底座板、底座板与侧梁的连接在受力过程中内力稳定,变化率均在10%以内。研究结果表明,悬臂梳子板式伸缩缝作为梁端承托装置,不仅能解决因温度力导致钢轨伸缩位移较大所引发的问题,还能提升长联大跨桥梁在梁端大梁缝处的梁轨跟随性,从而增强轨道结构的安全性与稳定性。The section where the steel rail expansion joint is located in the long-span bridge is a weak link in the track structure.To solve this problem,a cantilever comb plate expansion joint beam end support device was studied.Taking the Xiangjiang Extra Large Bridge of the Changshan-Ganzhou High speed Railway as the background project,this bridge is a cable-stayed bridge with a length of(96+93+390+93+96)meters.Based on the theory of beam rail interaction,a finite element numerical simulation method was used to establish a model of the main bridge and ballastless track system on the bridge.The strength and connection stability of the cantilever comb plate expansion joint were analyzed.Research shows that,for cantilever comb plate expansion joints with a joint width of 400 mm and a tooth width of 300 mm,the structural internal forces and stress levels are relatively low under different beam end angles,displacements,and wheel axle conditions.In working condition,the stress of the cantilever comb plate expansion joint is kept below 70 MPa,and the maximum shear force does not exceed 280 kN.In addition,the connection between the steel rail and the base plate,as well as the connection between the base plate and the side beam,maintains stable internal forces during the stress process,with a variation rate within 10%.The research results indicate that the cantilever comb plate expansion joint,as a beam end support device,can not only solve the problem caused by large expansion displacement of steel rails due to temperature forces,but also improve the beam rail following performance of long span bridges at the large beam end joint,thereby enhancing the safety and stability of the track structure.
