摘 要:明确了模具专业现场工程师的培养目标,通过对比亚迪股份有限公司开展调研和分析,按照企业实际生产过程,设置了汽车模具数字化设计、汽车模具数字化制造和汽车模具自动化生产三大课程模块,选取企业典型零件,将工作标准项目化,工作内容任务化,组建双师结构的课程教学团队,校企联合实施学徒培养,完成了培养模具专业现场工程师的《汽车模具技术》课程的开发与实践。The training objectives for field engineers specializing in die&mould technology was de⁃lineated.It has established three major course modules—digital design,digital manufacturing,and automated production of automotive dies and moulds—based on extensive research and analysis conducted at BYD Co.,Ltd.,and aligned with the actual production processes of the enterprise.By selecting typical components from the company,the work standards have been projectized and the work content task-based.A dual-teacher structured curriculum teaching team has been assem⁃bled,and an apprenticeship training program has been jointly implemented by the educational insti⁃tution and the enterprise.This initiative has culminated in the development and practical applica⁃tion of the Automotive die&mould technology course,aimed at cultivating field engineers profi⁃cient in die&mould technology.
