职业院校“专-创-劳”一体化应用型人才培育思路与实践路径——基于技能型社会视角

摘　　要：构建职业院校“专-创-劳”一体化应用型人才培育模式,是高素质应用型人才队伍建设的关键举措,亦是技能型社会高质量发展的重要驱动力。在厘清职业院校“专-创-劳”一体化应用型人才培育的逻辑理路上,从育人环节衔接、实践项目融合、多元主体联动三个方面,对技能型社会视角下职业院校“专-创-劳”一体化应用型人才培育模式构建思路进行剖析。据此,提出职业院校“专-创-劳”一体化应用型人才培育实践路径:畅通多维资源交互渠道,丰富“融合共享”应用型人才培育资源供给;重构立体多元实践课程体系,优化“融合共建”应用型人才培育方案;建立多方协同参与机制,创设“融合互促”应用型人才培育环境。Building an integrated cultivation mode of application-oriented talents featuring“specialty,innovation and labor”in vocational colleges is a crucial measure for the construction of a high-quality application-oriented talent team and an important driving force for the high-quality development of a skill-oriented society.On the basis of clarifying the practical logic of cultivating application-oriented talents featuring“specialty,innovation and labor”in vocational colleges,this paper analyzes the construction ideas of the cultivation mode for such talents in a skill-oriented society from three aspects:the connection of education links,the integration of practical projects,and the linkage of multiple subjects.Accordingly,it proposes practical paths for cultivating integrated application-oriented talents with“specialty,innovation and labor”in vocational colleges:unblock multi-dimensional resource interaction channels and enrich the supply of cultivation resources for application-oriented talents with the feature of“integration and sharing”;reconstruct a three-dimensional and diversified practical curriculum system and optimize the cultivation plan for application-oriented talents with the feature of“integration and co-construction”;establish a multi-party collaborative participation mechanism to create a cultivation environment for application-oriented talents with the feature of“integration and mutual promotion”.
