新时代劳动教育融入高校思想政治教育的内在价值、现实困境与实践进路

摘　　要：劳动教育是新时代中国共产党实现教育强国的新要求,将劳动教育融入高校思想政治教育是发挥劳育与德育二者相融教育效力的重要途径,是落实立德树人根本任务和办好人民满意教育的应有之义,是培养中国特色社会主义事业合格建设者和可靠接班人的内在需要。高校推动劳动教育融入思想政治教育有助于思想政治教育学科多维度发展、提高大学生实践创新能力、培育大学生勤俭美德,实现以劳树德与以劳载德。进入新时代,高校劳动教育融入思想政治教育要紧跟时代要求,必须牢牢把握意识形态高地,引导大学生树立正确的劳动价值观,完善教学评价体系,提高教育质量和教师教学积极性,优化劳动课程设置,加快推动劳育与德育结合互通,改进实践教学资源,促进实践与教育的融会贯通,积极探索劳动教育与思想政治教育协同育人的新途径,发挥劳育与德育二者相融的更大教育效力。Labor education is a new requirement of the Communist Party of China to achieve a strong education country in the new era.Combining labor education with the ideological and political education within colleges and universities is an important way to give play to the educational effectiveness of the combination of labor education and moral education.This is the necessary duty to implement the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talents and to provide satisfactory education for the people.It is also an internal need for cultivating qualified builders and reliable successors for the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Facili⁃tating the incorporation of labor education into the ideological and political education in colleges and universities is conducive to the multi-dimensional development of the discipline of the ideological and political education,the improvement of college students’practical and innovative abilities,the cultivation of college students’thrifty virtues,and the realization of the goals of cultivating mo⁃rality through labor and carrying morality with labor.In the new era,the integrating labor education into ideological and political ed⁃ucation in colleges and universities must stay attuned to the demands of the contemporary era.It is necessary to firmly grasp the commanding heights of ideology,guide students to establish correct labor values,improve the teaching evaluation system,enhance the quality of education and teachers’enthusiasm for teaching,optimize the labor curriculum settings,accelerate the integration and intercommunication of labor education and moral education,improve practical teaching resources,and promote the integration of practice and education.We actively explore new approaches to the collaborative education of labor education and ideological and po⁃litical education,and give full play to the greater educational effectiveness of the integration of labor education and moral education.
