摘　　要：本研究结合大学生心理健康教育课程实践,构建了课程的目标体系,从理想信念、爱国情怀、道德修养、创新意识、理性心态、哲学思想六个维度,挖掘大学生心理健康教育课程所蕴含的思想政治教育元素,并从育人目标、育人体系、育人模式以及考核要点四个方面,提出融入课程思政的育人方案,为其他院校开展大学生心理健康课程思政教育提供参考。Based on the course practice of college students'mental health education,this study constructs a course target system,excavates the ideological and political education elements contained in the course of college students'mental health education from six dimensions:ideal and belief,patriotic feelings,moral cultivation,innovative consciousness,rational mentality and philosophical thought,and explores the four aspects of education objectives,education system,education model and assessment points.This paper puts forward the education plan of integrating the ideological and political education into the curriculum,and provides reference for other colleges to carry out the ideological and political education of college students'mental health curriculum.
