摘 要:以数字化、智能化、绿色化等为主要表征的新质生产力代表了当前生产力的发展方向,同时也对职业教育提出了发展方位重构的现实要求。基于共生理论框架,以职业教育数字化转型服务新质生产力形成的作用逻辑,缔结职业教育与新质生产力的共生关系,支持两者通过共生关系实现本体演进和利益协同,以调整职业教育的发展方向。基于数字化转型的作用机制分析职业教育与新质生产力的共生逻辑、共生要素、共生界面,并以此建构职业教育与新质生产力的共生关系,通过数字化技术激活“知识—人才—产业”的协同关系,打通“资源—权力—制度”的共生能量传导机制,建设“投入—过程—产出”的资源分配模式,调整“政府—教育—企业—行业”的共生环境,促使职业教育与新质生产力共生共荣关系的形成。The new-quality productive forces,mainly characterised by digitalisation,intelligence and greening,represent the development direction of the current productive forces,and at the same time put forward realistic requirements for vocational education to reconstruct its development orientation.Based on the symbiotic theoretical framework,the symbiotic relationship between vocational education and new-quality productivity is concluded by using the functional logic of digital transformation of vocational education to serve the formation of new-quality productivity.The symbiotic relationship between vocational education and new-quality productivity is supported to realize ontology evolution and benefit synergy through symbiotic relationship,so as to adjust the development direction of vocational education.Based on the mechanism of digital transformation,this paper analyzes the symbiotic logic,symbiotic elements and symbiotic interface between vocational education and new-quality productivity,so as to construct the symbiotic relationship between vocational education and new-quality productivity,activate the collaborative relationship of"knowledge talent industry"through digital technology,open up the symbiotic energy transmission mechanism of"resource power system",build the resource distribution mode of"input process output",adjust the symbiotic environment of"government education enterprise industry",and promote the formation of the symbiotic and coprosperity relationship between the two.
