摘 要:企业实践是打造高职院校高素质“双师型”教师队伍的重要依托。构建科学合理的评价指标体系对于探究高职院校教师企业实践成效具有突出价值。基于新柯氏四层次评估模型,同时结合高职院校教师企业实践工作开展实际情况对测评框架进行建构,经过实证检验和专家讨论修正,初步形成高职院校教师企业实践成效评价指标体系,包含投入度、习得度、满意度与转化度4个维度16个指标。调研发现,高职院校教师企业实践成效总体处于中等水平,习得度得分最高而转化度得分最低,高职院校教师对企业实践的精力投入相对不足,企业实践对教师获取教科研成果与教学团队发展的助力相对有限。为进一步提高教师企业实践成效评价的科学性,需优化教师企业实践成效评价体系,完善教师企业实践评价标准。要促进企业实践教师的深度参与,强化组织支持保障力度;注重教师企业实践经验反思,发挥企业实践成果组织溢出效应。Enterprise practice is an important basis for building a high-quality dual-qualification teachers(with teaching and industry experience)team in vocational colleges.Constructing a scientific and reasonable evaluation index system has outstanding value in exploring the practical effectiveness of vocational college teachers in enterprises.Based on the Kirkpatrick Four-level Evaluation Model and combined with the actual situation of vocational college teachers’enterprise practice work,the evaluation framework was constructed.After empirical testing and expert discussion and revision,a preliminary evaluation index system for the effectiveness of vocational college teachers’enterprise practice was formed.This system includes four dimensions(investment degree,learning degree,satisfaction,and conversion degree)and sixteen indicators.Research has found that the overall effectiveness of enterprise practice among vocational college teachers is at a moderate level,with the highest score for learning degree and the lowest score for conversion.Vocational college teachers have relatively insufficient energy to invest in enterprise practice,and the contribution of enterprise practice to teachers obtaining teaching and research results and the development of teaching teams is relatively limited.To further improve the scientific elements of the evaluation of teacher enterprise practice effectiveness,the evaluation system for teacher enterprise practice effectiveness can be optimized,and the evaluation standards for teacher enterprise practice can be improved.To improve the effectiveness of teacher enterprise practice,it is necessary to promote the deep participation of enterprise practice teachers and strengthen the support and guarantee of organizations.Moreover,emphasis should be placed on reflecting on the practical experience of teachers in enterprises,and leveraging the organizational spillover effect of enterprise practical achievements.
