摘 要:职业院校教师企业实践的现实图景是丰富多样的。从教师主体维度考察其参与企业实践的“卷入”程度,从组织结构维度考察组织为教师提供企业实践正规化、结构化的“正式”程度,可以将其划分为“高卷入―高正式”“高卷入―低正式”“低卷入―高正式”“低卷入―低正式”四种典型的实践样态,每一种样态都存在独特的运行特征。然而,每一种样态在实施过程中都存在问题:“高卷入―高正式”型教师企业实践过程“结构化”,但实践群体“小众化”;“高卷入―低正式”型教师企业实践主体“自主化”,但实践动机“外在化”;“低卷入―高正式”型教师企业实践主体“全员化”,但实践过程“观光化”;“低卷入―低正式”型教师企业实践途径“多样化”,但实践参与“浅表化”。针对上述问题,应夯实教师企业实践物质基础,校企共建教师实践基地;研制教师企业实践能力标准,规范教师企业实践过程;完善教师企业实践运行机制,激发教师参与内在动机。The reality of vocational college teachers'enterprise practice is rich and diverse.Starting from the two basic dimensions of"involvement"and"formality",it can be divided into four typical practice modes,each of which has its unique operational characteristics.However,although vocational college teachers have diverse forms of enterprise practice,each form has problems in the implementation process:the high involvement high formal enterprise practice process is"structured",but the practice group is"niche";The practice subject of high involvement low formal enterprises is"autonomous",but the practice motivation is"externalized";The practice subject of low involvement high formal enterprises is"all staff oriented",but the practice process is"sightseeing oriented";Low involvement-The practical approaches of low formal enterprises are diversified,but the practical participation is superficial.In response to the above issues,we should strengthen the material foundation of teacher enterprise practice and jointly build teacher practice bases between schools and enterprises;Develop standards for practical abilities of teacher enterprises and standardize the practical process of teacher enterprises;Improve the operational mechanism of teacher enterprise practice and stimulate teachers'intrinsic motivation to participate.
