摘 要:目的基于目前口腔医学技术专业学生培养改革的紧迫性,探究岗位胜任力培养要素,构建系统科学的岗位胜任力评价指标体系。方法通过文献分析法、焦点小组访谈法与Delphi法进行口腔医学技术学生岗位胜任力评价指标体系的逐步构建。结果研究首先进行文献调研并与8名焦点专家共同探讨,深入分析口腔医学技术岗位的工作特性、任务要求以及行业发展趋势,初步获得评价指标池,包括8个一级指标和43个二级指标。随后对25名专家进行两轮咨询,获得口腔医学技术学生岗位胜任力评价指标体系终稿,包括8个一级指标和38个二级指标,并基于此构建岗位胜任力洋葱模型。结论本研究构建了口腔医学技术学生岗位胜任力评价指标体系,不仅能够为学生的优化培养与课程设计提供思路,还对学生自评与用人单位招聘均具有较强意义。Objective Based on the urgency of the current training reform of dental medicine technology students,to explore the training elements of post competency and build a systematic and scientific post competency evaluation index system.Methods By literature analysis,focus group interview and Delphi method,the evaluation index system of stomatology technical students'post competence was constructed step by step.Results The research first conducted literature research and discussed with 8 focus experts to deeply analyze the working characteristics,task requirements and industry development trend of stomatology technical posts,and initially obtained an evaluation index pool,including 8 first-level indicators and 43 second-level indicators.After two rounds of consultation with 25 experts,the final draft of the post competency evaluation index system for Stomatology technical students was obtained,including 8 first-level indicators and 38 second-level indicators,and the onion model of post competency was constructed based on this.Conclusion The evaluation index system of dental technical students'post competence is established,which can not only provide ideas for students'optimal training and course design,but also has strong significance for students'self-evaluation and employers'recruitment.
