摘 要:目的探讨集束化教学方法在实习护生临床技能培训中的应用效果。方法选取2022年7月至8月进入邹平市人民医院实习的87例护生为对照组,选取2023年7月至8月进入邹平市人民医院实习的93例护生为干预组。对照组采用传统培训方式进行操作技能培训,干预组实施集束化教学方法进行临床技能培训。比较两组的教学效果。结果干预组客观结构化临床技能考试中临床思维能力、临床护理技能、沟通能力与人文关怀均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组职业态度和信念、职业信息收集与专业策划能力、专业认知、专业选择评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组学习动机、自我管理能力、合作能力、信息素养评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论集束化教学方法在实习护生临床技能培训中的应用效果较好,不仅可以提高实习护生临床操作技能,改善其自主学习能力,同时有助于其职业自我效能感的提高。Objective To explore the application effect of cluster teaching method in clinical skills training of nursing students.Methods A total of 87 nursing students who entered Zouping People's Hospital for practice from July to August 2022 were selected as the control group,and a total of 93 nursing students who entered Zouping People's Hospital for practice from July to August 2023 were selected as the intervention group.The control group was trained in operation skills by traditional training method,and the intervention group was trained in clinical skills by cluster teaching method.The teaching effect of the two groups was compared.Results The clinical thinking ability,clinical nursing skills,communication ability and humanistic care in the objective structured clinical skills examination of the intervention group were higher than those of the control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).The scores of professional attitude and belief,professional information collection and professional planning ability,professional cognition and professional choice in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).The scores of learning motivation,self-management ability,cooperation ability and information literacy in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the cluster teaching method in the clinical skills training of nursing students is good,which can not only improve their clinical operation skills,improve their self-learning ability,but also contribute to the improvement of their professional self-efficacy.
