摘　　要：对我国工程教育存在的问题进行分析。存在的问题主要包括授课教师缺乏教学经验、课程安排不合理、学生专业知识掌握不牢固等问题。分析了传统的教学模式以及新的教学理念。CDIO工程教育模式融合思政教学,根据学生存在的问题给出了教学大纲,采用多媒体教学辅助和网络教学辅助进行教学。培养学生自主探索的能力,增加学生与学生、学生与老师之间的交流。帮助学生进行课程实践,对学生进行科研引导,以此培养学生的创新精神和科研素养,激发学生的学习热情,增强学生动手能力、团队协作能力,培养适用社会发展的高质量人才。The problems existing in engineering education of our country are analyzed.The existing problems mainly include the lack of teaching experience of the teachers,the unreasonable arrangement of the courses,and the students'weak grasp of professional knowledge.The traditional teaching mode and the new teaching idea are analyzed.CDIO engineering education model integrates ideological and political teaching,provides teaching syllabuses according to students'existing problems,and adopts multimedia and network teaching AIDS for teaching.Cultivate students'ability of independent exploration,and increase the communication between students and students,students and teachers.Help students to carry out curriculum practice,conduct scientific research guidance for students.In order to cultivate students'innovative spirit and scientific research accomplishment,stimulate students'enthusiasm for learning,enhance students'hands-on ability and teamwork ability,and cultivate high-quality talents suitable for social development.
