摘  要:基于智能技术与教育融合的教师专业发展创新理论——AI-TPACK理论,构建了适用于高职教师人工智能教育素养的三维模型,包括知识和技能、态度和价值观、持续学习和发展能力三维度。依托该模型编制人工智能素养调查问卷,并对国内16所高职院校1138位教师进行问卷调查和量化分析。研究结果显示,高职教师的人工智能素养总体表现一般,对人工智能教育技术持积极态度,但在知识储备、实践经验和学习态度等方面存在显著不足,并在性别、学历等方面存在差异。基于此,提出了由制度赋能、生态重构、伦理治理构成的高职院校教师人工智能教育素养提升的三维协同发展路径,以推动智能技术在职业教育中的深度融合与创新应用。Based on the innovative theory of teacher professional development integrating intelligent technology and education,the AITPACK theory,a three-dimensional model for the artificial intelligence education literacy of vocational college teachers was constructed,including three dimensions:knowledge and skills,attitudes and values,and continuous learning and development capabilities.Relying on this model,an artificial intelligence literacy survey questionnaire was compiled,and a questionnaire survey and quantitative analysis were conducted on 1138 teachers from 16 higher vocational colleges in China.The research results show that the overall performance of higher vocational college teachers’artificial intelligence literacy is average.They hold a positive attitude towards artificial intelligence educational technology,but there are significant deficiencies in knowledge reserves,practical experience and learning attitudes,and there are differences in gender and educational background.Based on this,a three-dimensional coordinated development paths for improving the artificial intelligence education literacy of higher vocational college teachers,consisting of institutional empowerment,ecological reconstruction,and ethical governance,are proposed to promote the deep integration and innovative application of intelligent technology in vocational education.
