摘　　要：工作中心性作为工作价值观的一部分,通过衡量工作在整体生活中的重要程度来影响人们在不同生活领域的资源分配和权衡取舍。在职场环境快速变化的背景下,个体的工作价值观正在经历史无前例的转变,这进一步凸显了探讨工作中心性对个人及工作场所产生影响的关键性。通过检索和分析发表于国内外期刊的108篇文献,本文梳理了工作中心性的起源、发展和测量等各个方面的研究,提炼了研究工作中心性的主要理论视角:角色理论、资源保存理论和自我决定理论,构建包括工作中心性的前因、后果以及调节效应在内的系统框架。最后,本文认为未来关于工作中心性的研究可以从以下几个方面进行拓展,包括厘清构念与丰富理论视角、探索作用机制、挖掘社会文化因素的影响、关注职业女性的职业价值观和工作中心性在人工智能时代的作用。As a part of work values,work centrality measures the importance of work in an individual's overall life,which affects his/her subsequent resource allocation and trade-offs in different areas of life.In swiftly changing work environments,individuals undergo significant transformations in their work values,emphasizing the need to investigate the influence of work centrality on employees and organizations.By searching and analyzing 108articles retrieved from foreign and domestic journals,this paper clarified the origin,definition,and measurement of work centrality and extracted three theoretical perspectives:role theory,resource conservation theory,and selfdetermination theory in the existing literature.In doing so,this paper further constructed a systematic framework that includes the antecedents,consequences,and moderating effect of work centrality.Finally,this paper concludes that future research on work centrality can be expanded from five aspects:elucidating conceptual frameworks and broadening theoretical perspectives,investigating underlying mechanisms,considering the impact of cultural elements,concentrating on professional women,and assessing the function of work centrality in the era of artificial intelligence.
