摘  要:在人工智能赋能的背景下,护理学专业教师的教学情感不仅是教学实践中的核心要素,更是连接技术与人文关怀的桥梁。本研究主要从人工智能时代护理学专业教师教学情感的应然价值,其涵盖彰显护理职业中的人文关怀价值、强化护理伦理与职业责任感、促进师生情感互动、增强教学效果等方面。之后,又分析人工智能时代护理学专业教师教学情感的特征,其主要有人文关怀与技术理性的双重维度、伦理责任感的深化与扩展、情感共鸣中的互动强化、教师情感的灵活适应性与敏锐性。最后,提出人工智能时代护理学专业教师教学情感的培育路径,其主要可以通过丰富教师教学中的人文情感、培养教师的同理心、抓住学生生命成长的契机,以确保在人工智能时代的护理教育中,技术与情感并重,共同促进学生的成长与发展。In the context of artificial intelligence(AI)empowerment,the teaching emotions of Nursing educators are not only a core element of teaching practice,but also serve as a bridge connect-ing technology and humanistic care.This study primarily explores the ideal value of teaching emotions for Nursing educators in the AI era,which includes highlighting the value of humanistic care in the nursing profession,strengthening nursing ethics and professional responsibility,promoting emotional interaction between teachers and students,and enhancing teaching effectiveness.The analysis then delves into the characteristics of Nursing educators’teaching emotions in the AI era,which are pri-marily characterized by a dual dimension of humanistic care and technological rationality,the deepen-ing and expansion of ethical responsibility,enhanced interaction through emotional resonance,and the flexibility and sensitivity of teachers’emotional adaptability.Finally,the study proposes pathways for fostering Nursing educators’teaching emotions in the AI era.These pathways include enriching the humanistic emotions in teaching,cultivating empathy among educators,and seizing opportunities for students’personal growth,ensuring that in AI-driven Nursing education,both technology and emo-tions are emphasized,working together to promote students’growth and development.
