数字孪生技术应用于全科医师继续医学教育的思考

摘  要:全科医师是初级卫生保健服务的主要提供者。继续医学教育是全科医师职业发展的重要环节,也是提升全科医师岗位胜任力的主要途径。传统的医学教育模式在应对快速变化的医疗环境和技术革新时显得力不从心,存在培训效率不高、培训方式单一、培训内容更新慢等问题。而数字孪生技术因其能够提供丰富的虚拟教学资源,在医学教育领域展现出巨大的潜力。基于此,为了探讨数字孪生技术在全科医师继续教育中的应用,本研究结合相关文献,依托继续教育模式和数字孪生技术,阐述了数字孪生技术在全科医师继续医学教育中的应用与挑战,希望能为全科医师继续医学教育发展提供新思路。General practitioners are the main providers of primary health care services.Con-tinuing medical education is an important link in the professional development of general practitioners,and the main way to improve the post competence of general practitioners.The traditional medical edu-cation mode is unable to cope with the rapidly changing medical environment and technological innova-tion with problems such as low training efficiency,single training mode and slow updating of training content.The digital twin technology has shown great potential in the field of medical education be-cause of the rich virtual teaching resources it provides.Based on the above content,in order to explore the application of digital twin technology in the continuing medical education of general practitioners,this paper expounds the application and challenges of digital twin technology in the continuing medical education of general practitioners by combining relevant literature and relying on the continuing educa-tion mode and the connotation of digital twin technology,hoping to provide new ideas for the develop-ment of continuing medical education of general practitioners.
