摘　　要：随着教育数字化转型的深入发展,优质数字资源的建设已成为高等院校实现教育现代化的重要基础。本研究结合中医药院校特点,系统探讨在数字中国建设背景下数字资源建设的新要求及应对新举措。认为当前中医药院校的数字资源建设应从内容深度和服务广度两方面着手,向“大资源”和“大服务”方向扩展。为适应此发展要求,提出以完备的基础设施、扎实的技术支撑、健全的平台功能以及完善的服务体系为核心的多层次举措。在新征程上,需要强化顶层设计,持续构建安全、开放、智能、优质的数字资源建设新格局,不断探索新技术应用,以满足中医药、民族医药教育多样化、个性化教与学需要。As the digitized transformation of education evolves,the development of high-quality digital resources has become a crucial foundation for higher educational institutions to achieve educational modernization.This paper,combining with the features of TCM colleges and universi-ties,systematically explores the new requirements for digital resource development and corresponding new initiatives in the context of the construction of digital China.The study suggests that the current digital resource development in TCM colleges and universities should focus on both the depth of con-tent and the breadth of services,expanding towards the direction of“large resource”and“large ser-vice”.To meet these development requirements,it proposes a multi-tiered strategy centered around comprehensive infrastructure,solid technical support,robust platform functionality,and a well-rounded service system.In this new phase,there is a need to strengthen top-level design and continu-ously establish a secure,open,intelligent,and high-quality digital resource development framework.Furthermore,it calls for the exploration of new technological applications to consistently meet the di-verse and personalized teaching and learning needs in TCM and ethnomedicine education.
