摘　　要：通过文献研究和实地调研分析护理专业科研反哺教学的意义、现状,并提出相应的策略,以促进科研反哺教学在创新护理人才培养中的广泛开展,发挥护理科研对教学的促进作用,加快推动护理教育高质量发展。Through literature researches and field investigation,this paper analyzed the significance and current situation of scientificresearch feedback teaching in nursing.And it proposed corresponding strategies,so as to promote the extensive development of innovativenursing talent cultivation through the feedback of scientific research to teaching,and to leverage the role of nursing scientific research inpromoting teaching,to accelerate the high-quality development of nursing education.
