摘  要:为了找到通识教育与专业教育融合策略,促进学生的综合素质和能力发展,通过文献研究和策略探究的方式,分析了通识教育与专业教育融合的意义和必要性,探究通识教育与专业教育融合的问题,包括教学内容与学生专业需求不匹配、缺乏融合机制和衔接课程、师资力量和教学资源不足和缺乏实践与应用环节,通过分析提出了具体的融合路径,包括树立科学的融合发展观、加强师资队伍建设与教学资源投入、注重学生选择权和个性化发展、增设通识教育的评估机制等,通过采取科学的措施,能够促进通识教育和专业教育的融合,让学生得到更加全面的发展。To explore strategies for integrating liberal education and professional education while enhancing students'comprehensive qualities and abilities,this study analyzes the significance and necessity of such integration through literature review and strategic inquiry.Key challenges identified include the mismatch between teaching content and students professional needs,the absence of effective integration mechanisms and articulation courses,insufficient teaching staff and resources,and the lack of practical,applied components.Based on these findings,several strategies are proposed to facilitate integration:establishing a scientific framework for coordinated development,strengthening faculty development and resource investment,emphasizing students'right to choose and supporting personalized development,and implementing assessment mechanisms for liberal education.Implementing these measures can promote the effective integration of liberal and professional education,fostering students'more comprehensive growth and development.
