摘　　要：研究生教育肩负着培养高层次人才和推动科学技术创新的重要使命。中枢神经解剖学是神经科学的重要分支之一,面向医学研究生开设。秉承“一切为了学生的发展”的课程改革核心理念,福建医科大学教学团队根据学生基础理论薄弱、教学压力凸显的问题,将执教中积累的经验自编出版教材,挖掘各章节思政元素,构建多元化培养体系,实施人文教育-科研探索-学教融合三位一体培养模式,将价值塑造、知识传授和能力提升紧密融合,推动学生全面发展,致力培养有道德情操、扎实学识、创新意识的高层次医学人才,为岗位胜任奠定基础。教学改革获得了学生及同行的认可。Postgraduate educat ion shoulder s the important mission of cultivating high-level talents and promoting scientific and technological innovation.Central neuroanatomy,one of the important branches of neuroscience,is offered to medical postgraduates.Adhering to the core concept of“all for the development of s tudents”in curriculum reform,Fujian Medical University teaching team has addressed problems such as students’weak basic theory and the prominent teaching pressure.The team compiles and publishes textbooks based on the experience accumulated in teaching,explores the ideological and political elements in each chapter,constructs a diversified training system,and implements the trinity training model of humanities education,scientific research and exploration.By closely integrating value shaping,knowledge imparting and ability improvement,the team promotes the all-around development of students,endeavors to cultivate high-level medical talents with moral sentiment,solid knowledge and innovative awareness,and lays a foundation for post competence.The teaching reform has been recognized by students and peers.
