摘 要:目的探讨形成性评价在儿科见习阶段教学中的应用效果,不断培养学生自主学习能力和临床技能操作能力,及时对临床教学进行改革,从而促进医学教育事业的发展。方法选取2022年9—12月在河北大学附属医院儿科见习的大学四年级临床医学生70名,采用随机数字表法分成试验组和对照组,每组35名。在儿科见习教学中将形成性评价方案应用于试验组,对照组采用终结性评价方案。将2组学生的期末理论考试成绩、出科考试成绩和综合成绩进行比较,采用问卷星发放院内自拟调查问卷收集教学效果数据。结果试验组期末理论考试成绩、出科考试成绩和综合成绩分别为(93.05±1.66)分、(85.63±1.48)分、(89.95±1.19)分,高于对照组的(83.75±1.41)分、(80.25±1.31)分、(82.70±1.38)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组学生自主学习能力、知识综合运用能力、学习效率、病例分析能力、技能掌握能力、评价方式作用效果和对教师教学满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在儿科见习阶段的课程教学中应用形成性评价有助于提高学生的学习效果和课堂效率,能够不断锻炼学生的临床思维能力,为进入实际的临床工作打下坚实的基础,从而进一步促进教学质量的发展。Objective To explore the application effect of formative assessment in pediatric internship teaching,continuously cultivate students'self-learning ability and clinical skill operation ability,timely reform clinical teaching,and promote the development of medical education.Methods A total of 70 fourth year clinical medical students who interned in the department of pediatrics at Affiliated Hospital of Hebei University from September to December 2022 were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group,with 35 students in each group.In pediatric internship teaching,formative assessment plans were applied to the experimental group,while the control group used summative assessment plans.Compare the final theoretical exam scores,final subject exam scores,and comprehensive scores of two groups of students,and analyzed the teaching effectiveness using Questionnaire Star.Results The scores of the final theoretical examination,the out-of-department examination,and the comprehensive score of the experimental group were(93.05±1.66)points,(85.63±1.48)points,and(89.95±1.19)points respectively,which were higher than those of the control group,(83.75±1.41)points,(80.25±1.31)points,and(82.70±1.38)points.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The students in the experimental group had higher self-directed learning ability,comprehensive application ability of knowledge,learning efficiency,case analysis ability,skill mastery ability,the effectiveness of the evaluation method,and satisfaction with teachers'teaching compared with those in the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of formative assessment in the teaching of pediatric internships can help improve students'learning outcomes and classroom efficiency,continuously exercise their clinical thinking abilities,lay a solid foundation for practical clinical work,and further promote the development of teaching quality.
