摘 要:目的探讨视频反馈联合情景模拟教学法在卓越医师班物理诊断教学中的应用价值。方法选取2021年3—7月于中南大学第二临床医学院的2018级临床医学五年制卓越医师班40名学生为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为试验组与对照组,各20名。试验组采用视频反馈联合情景模拟教学法,而对照组采用传统教学法。2组通过统一标准化的理论考试成绩、病例分析成绩、临床技能操作成绩进行教学效果评价,同时对20名试验组学生进行不记名的调查问卷。结果试验组学生的理论考核成绩为(91.58±0.72)分,病例分析能力得分为(9.81±0.14)分,临床技能操作成绩为(94.32±0.72)分,均高于对照组[(84.14±0.84)分、(8.47±0.18)分、(86.48±0.89)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。此外,试验组学生的反馈显示,视频反馈结合情景模拟的教学方法有助于深化对知识的理解和应用能力等。结论在卓越医师班物理诊断学教学中,视频反馈联合情景模拟的教学方法有利于促进学生夯实理论基础,规范体格检查手法,培养临床思维及提高医患沟通能力。Objective To explore the value of video feedback combined with scenario simulation in the teaching of physical diagnosis to the excellent physician training class.Methods A total of 40 students from the 5-year excellent physician class of 2018 clinical medicine in the Second Clinical Medical College of Central South University from March to July 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into experimental group and control group,with 20 students in each group.The experimental group adopted video feedback combined with scenario simulation teaching method,while the control group adopted traditional teaching method.Teaching outcomes were evaluated through standardized theoretical exam scores,case analysis scores,and clinical skill operation scores.Additionally,an anonymous questionnaire survey was conducted among the 20 students in the experimental group.Results The theoretical examination scores of the experimental group students were(91.58±0.72)points,case analysis scores were(9.81±0.14)points,and clinical skill operation scores were(94.32±0.72)points,all higher than those of the control group,which scored(84.14±0.84)points,(8.47±0.18)points and(86.48±0.89)points,respectively,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).Furthermore,feedback from the experimental group indicated that the teaching method combining video feedback and scenario simulation helped deepen their understanding of knowledge and application skills.Conclusion In the teaching of physical diagnosis for the excellent physician training class,the method of combining video feedback with scenario simulation is conducive to strengthening students’theoretical foundation,standardizing physical examination techniques,cultivating clinical thinking,and improving doctor-patient communication skills.
