摘 要:目的探讨仿真食物模型联合食物交换份法在妇幼营养实验教学中的应用效果。方法选取2024年2—10月开设妇幼营养课程的无锡卫生高等职业技术学校助产专业2个班级的100名学生为研究对象,以班级为单位进行分组,其中01助产班为对照组(n=51),02助产班为试验组(n=49)。对照组采用常规教学方法,试验组在对照组方案的基础上增添仿真食物模型联合食物交换份法。比较2组学生的实验课程考核成绩、课程满意度及健康科普能力。结果试验组学生的实验课程考核的基本知识成绩为(29.61±2.13)分、案例分析成绩为(28.66±1.23)分、食谱编制成绩为(37.56±0.58)分,均高于对照组学生的实验课程考核成绩[(28.58±2.12)分,(26.38±1.05)分,(35.66±0.82)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组学生的课程满意度为91.84%,高于对照组学生的课程满意度(74.51%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组学生在健康科普能力大赛的笔试成绩为(82.56±3.58)分,得票分数为(7.04±0.71)分,均高于对照组学生[(80.34±4.23)分,(6.12±0.74)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在妇幼营养实验教学中运用仿真食物模型联合食物交换份法,可以提高学生的考试成绩和课程满意度,加深学生对妇幼营养学食物量的认识,增强其健康科普能力。Objective To explore the application effect of simulated food model combined with food exchange portion method in the laboratory teaching of maternal and child nutrition.Methods A total of 100 students in two classes of midwifery majors in Wuxi Higher Health Vocational Technology School,which offered a course on maternal and child nutrition from February to October 2024 were selected and grouped by classes,with 01 midwifery class as the control group(n=51)and 02 midwifery class as the experimental group(n=49).The control group adopted traditional teaching methods,and the experimental group added simulated food model combined with food exchange portion method on the basis of the control group.The assessment scores of the laboratory course,course satisfaction and health science competence of the students in the two groups were compared.Results The test results of the experimental course were(29.61±2.13)points for basic knowledge,(28.66±1.23)points for case analysis,and(37.56±0.58)points for recipe preparation on the laboratory course assessment,were higher than those of the control group[(28.58±2.12)points,(26.38±1.05)points,(35.66±0.82)points],the differences were statistically significant(P˂0.05).The course satisfaction of the students in the experimental group was 91.84%,higher than that of the control group(74.51%),the difference was statistically significant(P˂0.05).The scores of written test of health science popularization ability contest in the experimental group were(82.56±3.58)points and the voting scores were(7.04±0.71)points,both were higher than those of the control group[(80.34±4.23)points,(6.12±0.74)points],the differences were statistically significant(P˂0.05).Conclusion The application of simulated food models combined with the food exchange portion method in the laboratory teaching of maternal and child nutrition can improve students’test scores,course satisfaction,deepen students’understanding of the amount of food in maternal and child nutrition,and enhance medical students’he
