摘 要:目的探讨携机超声工作坊在临床医学本科生超声教学中的应用效果。方法选取2022年6―8月在中山大学医学院接受超声医学理论教学的357名临床医学本科生(共4个班)。按照不同的教学方法分组,将其中的2个班共178名学生作为观察组,另2个班共179名学生作为对照组。观察组学生采用传统授课联合便携机超声工作坊的方式进行教学,对照组学生采用传统授课方式教学。比较2组学生的考试成绩、课堂反应能力及教学满意度。结果观察组学生的考试成绩为(79.80±9.90)分,高于对照组的成绩[(77.40±10.60)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组学生的教学满意度评分为(97.70±0.47)分,高于对照组的教学满意度评分[(91.80±1.32)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。课堂参与提问及互动的观察组学生占比为11.73%(21/179),高于对照组的1.11%(2/180),差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论在临床医学本科生的超声教学中应用携机超声工作坊,能够有效提高教学效果和教学满意度,有利于培养符合新时代要求的综合型临床医学专业人才。Objective To explore the application effect of portable ultrasound workshops in ultrasound teaching for clinical medical undergraduates.Methods A total of 357 clinical medical undergraduates who received theoretical teaching of ultrasound medicine from June to August 2022 at Sun Yat-Sen University School of Medicine were selected.According to different teaching methods,178 undergraduates in two small classes were selected as the observation group,and 179 undergraduates in the other two small classes were selected as the control group.Undergraduates in the observation group were taught by traditional teaching and portable ultrasound workshops,while undergraduates in the control group were taught by traditional teaching.The exam scores,classroom response ability and teaching satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The exam score of students in the observation group were(79.80±9.90)points,which was higher than that of the control group[(77.40±10.60)points],the difference was statistically significant(P˂0.05).The teaching satisfaction scores of the observation group were(97.70±0.47)points,which was higher than that of the control group[(91.80±1.32)points],the difference was statistically significant(P˂0.001).The proportion of students in the observation group participating in questions and interactions in class was 11.73%(21/179),which was higher than that of the control group[1.11%(2/180)],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion The application of portable ultrasound workshops ultrasonic teaching of clinical medical undergraduate can improve teaching effectiveness and satisfaction,and is conducive to training comprehensive clinical medical professionals who meet the requirements of the new era.
