“学长制”实训带教模式在中国传统康复技术职业教育中的应用

摘  要:目的探究“学长制”实训带教模式在中国传统康复技术职业教育教学中的应用情况。方法选取2023年2―7月参加北京卫生职业学院中国传统康复技术实训的60名学生,以随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各30名。对照组采取传统带教模式,研究组在此基础上开展“学长制”实训带教模式。统计并比较2组的实训成绩、综合能力评分及实训满意度。结果带教后,研究组的实训理论知识成绩、实践操作成绩及总成绩分别为(90.27±4.68)分、(91.27±4.25)分和(90.11±4.57)分,均高于对照组[(83.39±5.15)分、(84.33±4.76)分、(81.38±4.94)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。带教后,研究组的各项综合能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的实训满意度为96.67%,高于对照组的实训满意度(73.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在中国传统康复技术职业教育实训教学中引入“学长制”实训带教模式,可有效提升学生成绩,促进学生的综合能力得到发展,而且获得较高的满意度。Objective To explore the application value of the“senior system”practical training and teaching model in Chinese traditional rehabilitation technology vocational education.Methods A total of 60 students who participated in the traditional Chinese rehabilitation technology training at Beijing Health Vocational College from February to July 2023 were selected and divided into control group and research group by random number table method,with 30 students in each group.The control group adopted the traditional teaching model,while the study group implemented the the“senior system”practical training and teaching model on this basis.The training scores,comprehensive ability scores,and the training satisfaction of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results After teaching,the research group’s practical training theoretical knowledge,practical operation scores,and total scores were(90.27±4.68)points,(91.27±4.25)points,and(90.11±4.57)points,respectively,were higher than those of the control group[(83.39±5.15)points,(84.33±4.76)points and(81.38±4.94)points],the differences were statistically significant(P˂0.05).After teaching,the scores of comprehensive ability of the study group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P˂0.05).The training satisfaction of the study group was 96.67%,higher than that of the control group(73.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of“senior system”practical training and teaching model in Chinese traditional rehabilitation technology vocational education can effectively improve the performance of students,promote the development of students’comprehensive ability,and obtain higher satisfaction.
