摘　　要：为提高医学生的综合能力,培养高层次人才,重庆医科大学附属第一医院积极响应并实施了为期3年的住院医师规范化培训(以下简称“住培”),较早成了住培教学基地。心血管内科作为内科培训中最重要的科室,其专科特点要求临床医师需掌握较强的理论知识和实践操作经验以应对各种常见心血管疾病。为提升住院医师、专硕和本科生在心血管内科轮转时的专科临床能力,重庆医科大学附属第一医院心血管内科不断总结经验,并提出了新型的培训模式——“住研本联动”。文章简述了重庆医科大学附属第一医院心血管内科当前的住培现状,深入剖析了“住研本联动”新型培训模式在该科的应用实践及优势,旨在优化既往培训模式,为各医院的科室提供宝贵的经验。In order to enhance the comprehensive ability of medical students and cultivate high-level talents,the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University actively responded to and implemented a three-year standardized training for residents(hereinafter referred to as“resident training”),and became a teaching base for resident training at an early stage.As the most important department in internal medicine training,the department of internal cardiovascular medicine has its own specialized characteristics,which require clinical physicians to have strong theoretical knowledge and practical experience to cope with various common cardiovascular diseases.In order to enhance the specialized clinical abilities of residents,professional degree postgraduates and undergraduates during their rotation in the department of internal cardiovascular medicine,the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University has summarized its experience,and proposed a new training mode,namely“residentspostgraduates-undergraduates linkage”.This article briefly describes the current status of resident training in the department of internal cardiovascular medicine of the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University,and analyzes in detail the application practice and advantages of the new“residents-postgraduatesundergraduates linkage”training mode in this department.It aims to optimize the previous training modes,and provide valuable experience for the departments of hospitals.
