依托红色校史文化的医学生立德树人教育中导师的传承作用

摘  要:立德树人教育作为医学研究生教育的工作重点,是医学高校教学的根本任务,是教育环节的关键节点。而利用红色校史文化进行立德树人教育是一种很好教学的方法。红色校史文化是学校宝贵精神财富,蕴含坚定理想信念,是立德树人教育的核心要素,在教育中具有独特优势。研究生导师是立德树人教育的关键,导师在应用红色校史文化来进行德育传承时,作为文化的传承者和传播者,要注意发挥导师引领作用,包括在道德教育中的引领,与学生共同挖掘传承资源,创新教学方法并加入独立思考因素。同时要加强政治学习和自身修养、处理好与学生关系、确保红色校史真实性完整性生动性、建立长效机制等。这些都需要深入研究探索。基于此,本研究以重庆医科大学红色校史为例,就相关问题进行分析研究。Fostering virtue through education,as the focus of medical graduate education,is the fundamental task of medical college teaching and the key node of education link.And using the red school history culture to carry on moral education is a good teaching method.Graduate tutors are the key to moral education.When tutors apply the red school history culture to carry out the inheritance of moral education,as cultural inheritors and disseminators,they need to clarify the connotative value of the red school history culture,the functional advantages of the red school history culture,the leading role and specific practices of tutors in the education of fostering virtue through education by utilizing the inheritance of the red school history culture,as well as the issues that tutors need to pay attention to in the education of fostering virtue through education by utilizing the inheritance of the red school history culture,etc.These are problems that we need to make clear and in-depth research and exploration.Based on this,the red school history of Chongqing Medical University is taken as an example to analyze and study relevant issues.
