摘  要:食品质量安全对于维护公众健康与社会和谐至关重要。随着食品行业供应链的日益复杂化,以往固化的食品质量管理模式已无法满足当前的质量管理要求。质量链管理理念的融入与应用,为食品质量管理提供了新的思路与方法,通过对供应链中不同环节质量因素的整合,可以实现全过程的协同管控,更好地保障食品质量。本文主要就食品行业实施质量链管理的必要性展开分析,以此为基础进一步探讨质量链角度下食品质量管理模式存在的问题及其构建路径。Food quality and safety is crucial to maintaining public health and social harmony.With the increasing complexity of the supply chain of the food industry,the previous fixed food quality management model can not meet the current quality management requirements.The integration and application of the concept of quality chain management provides a new idea and method for food quality management.Through the integration of quality factors in different links of the supply chain,the collaborative control of the whole process can be realized and food quality can be better guaranteed.This paper mainly analyzes the necessity of implementing quality chain management in the food industry,and further discusses the existing problems of food quality management mode and its construction path from the perspective of quality chain.
