2024年邵阳市食品安全监督抽检不合格情况分析

摘　　要：本文收集汇总了邵阳市市场监督管理局官网发布的2024年度食品安全监督抽检通告数据,对抽检数据结果从不合格食品大类、不合格项目等方面进行分析。结果发现,2024年度,邵阳市食品安全抽检共检出不合格样品175批次,涉及食品大类10个,不合格项目192项次。食用农产品不合格批次占比最高,达86.86%,主要问题为农药兽药残留和重金属超标。餐饮食品、蔬菜制品等也存在不同程度的不合格现象。本文揭示了各类食品存在的质量问题及潜在风险,并提出针对性的监管建议,旨在为提升邵阳市食品安全水平提供科学依据与决策参考。In this paper,the data of the food safety supervision and sampling inspection announcements released on the official website of the Shaoyang Market Supervision and Administration Bureau in 2024 were collected and summarized,and the sampling data results were analyzed from aspects such as unqualified food categories and unqualified items.It was found that in 2024,a total of 175 unqualified food samples were detected in the food safety sampling inspections in Shaoyang city.These samples involved 10 major food categories and 192 unqualified items.Edible agricultural products had the highest proportion of unqualified products,reaching 86.86%.The main problems were pesticide and veterinary drug residues and heavy metal exceed-standard.Catering food,vegetable products,etc.also had varying degrees of unqualified phenomena.This paper reveals the quality problems and potential risks of various foods and puts forward targeted regulatory suggestions,aiming to provide a scientific basis and decision making reference for improving the food safety level in Shaoyang city.
