药食同源佛手中重金属和农药残留现状及解决对策

摘　　要：佛手作为药食两用物质,是健康食品加工的主要原材料。近年来,佛手需求量不断增长,然而在种植过程中,土壤质量优劣及农药的不合理使用,导致重金属超标和农药残留现象时有发生。因此,本文针对佛手中重金属、农药残留现状及解决对策进行系统论述,以期为药食同源产品中重金属及农药残留检测工作提供一定参考,为佛手绿色高效生产提供技术支撑。As a dual-purpose substance,the Citrus medica L.var.sarcodactylis is the main raw material for healthy food processing.In recent years,the demand for Citrus medica L.var.sarcodactylis has been increasing,but in the planting process,the quality of soil and the irrational use of pesticides have led to the occurrence of excessive heavy metals and pesticide residues.Therefore,this paper systematically discusses the status quo of heavy metals and pesticide residues in Citrus medica L.var.sarcodactylis and the solutions,in order to provide some reference for the detection of heavy metals and pesticide residues in medicinal and food homologous products,and provide technical support for the green and efficient production of Citrus medica L.var.sarcodactylis.
