摘  要:随着生活节奏的加快,微小餐饮企业以其快速、便捷的特点,满足了广大消费者的饮食需求。然而,食品安全背景下微小餐饮企业在食品安全监管方面面临着一些的挑战。本文基于食品安全角度分析微小餐饮企业食品安全监管面临的困境,并提出相应的优化策略,以增强消费者对微小餐饮企业产业的信心,从而促进微小餐饮企业的持续发展。With the acceleration of the pace of life,small catering enterprises have met the dietary needs of consumers with their fast and convenient characteristics.However,based on the background of food safety,small catering enterprises face some challenges in food safety supervision.This article analyzes the difficulties faced by food safety supervision in micro catering enterprises from the perspective of food safety,and proposes corresponding optimization strategies to enhance consumers’confidence in the micro catering industry,thereby promoting the sustainable development of micro catering enterprises.
