摘 要:食品安全关乎人们的生命健康与公共安全,是民生保障的核心议题。当前,我国已经具备完善的监管体系,但在食品安全监管过程中仍存在落实不到位等问题。鉴于此,本文将重点围绕食品安全监管存在的问题展开分析。通过了解当前食品安全监管的重要性,针对不足之处提出解决对策,包括加大重点领域监管力度、完善数字化智慧监管体系、强化多主体协调监管效果以及提升检测水平等,以期为保障消费者健康、营造良好食品安全环境提供借鉴。Food safety is related to people’s life and health and public safety,and is the core issue of people’s livelihood.At present,China has a perfect regulatory system,but there are still problems such as inadequate implementation in the process of food safety supervision.In view of this,this paper will focus on the problem of food safety supervision to carry out analysis.Through understanding the importance of current food safety supervision,solutions are proposed for the shortcomings,including increasing supervision in key areas,improving the digital smart supervision system,strengthening the effect of multi-subject coordination supervision,and improving the testing level,so as to provide references for protecting consumer health and creating a good food safety environment.
