摘 要:本文探讨了食品检验检测中样品管理的现状与问题,重点分析了采样、存储、运输和前处理等环节存在的主要问题,如采样标准不统一、存储环境控制不力、运输过程中的温湿度管理不到位,以及前处理操作不规范等。这些问题严重影响了食品检验结果的准确性和可靠性。为了解决这些问题,提出统一采样标准、加强存储与运输管理、完善前处理流程等对策建议,旨在提升样品管理的精确性和可追溯性,为食品安全监管提供有力支持。This paper discusses the current situation and problems of sample management in food inspection and testing,and focuses on the main problems existing in sampling,storage,transportation and pre-treatment,such as inconsistent sampling standards,poor control of storage environment,inadequate temperature and humidity management during transportation,and non-standard pre-treatment operations.These problems seriously affect the accuracy and reliability of food inspection results.In order to solve these problems,countermeasures and suggestions such as unifying sampling standards,strengthening storage and transportation management,and improving the pretreatment process are proposed,aiming to improve the accuracy and traceability of sample management and provide strong support for food safety supervision.
