摘　　要：在线网络监测是保障食品安全的重要手段。本文围绕在线网络监测信息在食用油质量安全控制中的应用展开探讨,强调了食用油质量安全控制的社会价值与经济意义,分析了在线网络监测信息应用中存在的问题,并针对性地提出了一系列解决策略,旨在优化完善在线网络监测体系,进一步加强食用油质量安全控制力度,以推动食用油市场健康有序发展,助力实现食品安全战略目标。Online network monitoring is an important means to ensure food safety.This article explores the application of online network monitoring information in the quality and safety control of edible oil.Firstly,the social value and economic significance of edible oil quality and safety control are emphasized.Then,the problems existing in the application of online network monitoring information are analyzed,and a series of targeted solutions are proposed,aiming to optimize and improve the online network monitoring system,further strengthen the quality and safety contrl of edible oil,promote the healthy and orderly development of the edible oil market,and help achieve the strategic goals of food safety.
