同位素稀释液相色谱-串联质谱法测定玉米糁中脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇含量的不确定度评定

摘　　要：采用同位素稀释液相色谱-串联质谱法测定玉米糁中脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇的含量,评定测定过程中的不确定度。结果表明,玉米糁中脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇含量为653.0μg·kg^(-1)时,其扩展不确定度为26.5μg·kg^(-1),测定过程中脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇标准溶液、标准曲线校正和测量重复性等因素对测量结果的影响较大。The content of deoxynivalenol in corn grits was determined by isotope dilution liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry,and the uncertainty in the determination process was evaluated.The results showed that when the content of deoxynivalenol in corn grits was 653.0μg·kg^(-1),the expanded uncertainty was 26.5μg·kg^(-1).The factors such as the value of deoxynivalenol standard solution,calibration of standard curve and measurement repeatability have great influence on the measurement results.
