摘 要:通过臭氧联合中压紫外线杀菌的方法,探索有效的杀菌条件,为包装饮用水行业提供技术参考,提高产品质量,保障人们的饮水健康。本文阐述了目前在饮用水生产过程中广泛使用的消毒杀菌方法,臭氧杀菌和紫外线杀菌,分析两种杀菌方式的优缺点,设计一种臭氧联合中压紫外线杀菌的装置,通过试验验证其是否能够有效控制微生物,降低溴酸盐的含量。结果发现,中压紫外线有明显的杀菌效果,将中压紫外线和臭氧联合杀菌与单一臭氧杀菌进行比较,联合杀菌技术使用臭氧浓度为0.05 mg·mL^(-1)时杀菌效果优于单一臭氧杀菌效果,且溴酸盐含量符合国家标准要求。联合杀菌能在保证消毒副产物溴酸盐不超标的情况下做到完全灭菌,更好地平衡微生物控制与消毒副产物之间的关系。Through the method of ozone combined with medium-pressure ultraviolet sterilization,the conditions for effective sterilization are explored,which provides technical reference for the packaged drinking water industry,improves product quality,and protects the health of drinking water for the masses.In this paper,the disinfection and sterilization methods widely used in the production process of drinking water,ozone sterilization and ultraviolet sterilization,analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the two sterilization methods,and designed a device for ozone combined with medium-pressure ultraviolet sterilization,and verified whether it can effectively control microorganisms and reduce the content of bromate through experiments.The result showed that medium-pressure ultraviolet light has obvious sterilization effect,the combined sterilization of medium-pressure ultraviolet and ozone is compared with single ozone sterilization,the combined sterilization technology uses ozone concentration of 0.05 mg·L-1 when the sterilization effect is better than that of a single ozone sterilization effect,and the bromate content meets the requirements of the national standard.Combined sterilization can achieve complete sterilization under the condition of ensuring that the bromate of disinfection by-products does not exceed the standard,and better balance the relationship between microbial control and disinfection by-products.
