摘　　要：文章详细论述了现代分析技术在食品检验领域的应用现状,涵盖光谱分析、色谱分析、质谱分析以及生物传感器等多种技术手段,探讨了其在保障食品安全、质量控制等方面发挥的重要作用。同时,对这些技术未来的发展趋势进行了展望,包括向更高灵敏度、智能化、联用技术深化等方向发展,旨在为食品检验相关工作者及研究者提供全面的参考,助力食品检验行业不断进步。This article discusses in detail the current application status of modern analytical techniques in the field of food inspection,covering various technical means such as spectral analysis,chromatographic analysis,mass spectrometry analysis,and biosensors,and explores their important role in ensuring food safety,quality control,and other aspects.At the same time,prospects were made for the future development trends of these technologies,including the development towards higher sensitivity,intelligence,and deepening of integrated technologies,aiming to provide comprehensive references for food inspection related workers and researchers and help the food inspection industry continue to progress.
